EMPLOYMENT WITH THE PRESCOTT AZ LAW FIRM

Working as a lawyer in Yavapai County is both challenging and rewarding.  Prescott is a highly desirable community in which to live.  Many lawyers have second homes in the pine-forested areas of Prescott.  A number of lawyers come to Prescott for one of the many addiction recovery centers.  As a result of all that Prescott has to offer, there are many, many lawyers in the community: new, established and retired.

We offer a unique opportunity to practice law, help members of our community, and live in one of the best places on earth.  Our comfortable offices are located in one of Prescott’s finest business parks, located a short distance from the Capitol Canyon Country Club. Our practice is well established and sufficiently diverse.  Opportunities for advancement are integral to the firm.  Of-counsel, office sharing, mentoring and other work relationships are available. We are open to consideration of many different types of relationships.

Positions are available only in Prescott, Arizona.  Current practice areas include commercial transactions, litigation (commercial, probate, real estate and tort), contracts, corporations, employment, estate planning, LLCs, partnerships, probate, real estate, trusts, and wills.  Available practice areas include domestic relations (adoptions, child custody, divorce), personal injury, ranch and farm, and IP.

The law firm is an association of independent professional limited liability companies.  Each lawyer has organized as a professional limited liability company (PLLC) under the laws of the State of Arizona, limiting the personal liability of our members, to the extent provided in such laws.  Goodman Law Firm, P.C., an Arizona professional corporation, provides practice-management goods and services to the lawyers’ professional limited liability companies; legal services are provided to clients by the lawyers through one or more professional limited liability companies.  Goodman Law Firm, P.C. does not provide legal services.

Lawyers determine how much they want to earn.   Revenues are dependent upon a number of factors including whether the work selected is hourly, flat-fee, contingent, pro bono, etc.  Lawyers determine how long and hard they wish to work and what they earn. Lawyers, law clerks and law students interested in working with us should send a resume, in PDF only,  to the email address listed on our Contact page.
