EXEMPLIFICATION
Generally, an exemplified copy is an official copy or transcript of a public document such as a Judgment, made under the seal of a court.
The Clerk of Court certifies the Judgment, and a Judge of the Court certifies that the Clerk is the duly appointed or elected Clerk of Court.
